Free Cancellation

Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. No cancellation fees will be charged during this period.

Late Cancellations

If a booking is canceled less than 30 days before check-in, the reservation will not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued at Ruabu’s discretion depending on the circumstances.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

Booking Modifications

Guests may request changes to their booking, such as dates or guest details, subject to availability and approval. Any price differences resulting from modifications will be applied accordingly.

Host Cancellations

In rare cases where a host cancels a confirmed booking, guests will be eligible for a full refund and Ruabu will assist in finding alternative accommodations where possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Exceptional Circumstances

Ruabu may override standard cancellation terms in exceptional situations such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or verified medical emergencies.
